Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer so you may receive multiple packages per order! 

We currently ship all orders via USPS. Due to products being made-to-order, each order takes approximately 3-5 days to be made and get shipped. Once the order is shipping, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive based on your location and the postal service.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays. 

Desert Paw is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.
