Returns and Exchanges
Returns depend on the product sold. Due to the nature of some of the products, we can not accept returns for all products. Please contact us if you have any issues with orders. Any issue will be delt with fairly depending on the situation.
If your FriendshipCollar is not the perfect fit, we can happily exchange this for the correct size. We want your bestie to be super comfortable and we don’t want them to have to grow up too quickly!
We cannot exchange orders that are older than 14 days. In order to exchange your FriendshipCollar, the whole set (including the bracelet) would need to be returned back to us, in a sale-able condition, no extra holes punched, puppy drool or bite marks please! We are not responsible for return postage. However we will re-ship the correct size out to you free of charge.
We know that you are going to LOVE your FriendshipCollar so much, but in case your purchase doesn’t work out, we are able to refund you for your order up to 14 days after purchase.
FriendshipCollars sent back to us must be returned with all of the packaging intact, in a sale-able condition, so please do not send us back collars with any extra holes punched, or covered in puppy drool or bite marks please!
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your refund amount will exclude shipping costs. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days and funds can take up to 10 days to be credited to your card.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you. We are also happy to accept returns on your products within 10 days of delivery.
We are happy to exchange any dog toy that comes defective. All toys are fully inspected before being sent but we know things can happen during shipping. If you are not satisfied with the dog toy we are happy to accept returns as long as the dog toy is still sealed and in resalable condition. Please contact us about any issues you may have with your products!
Apparel is currently printed on demand directly from the manufacturer. If there are any issues please contact us at email@example.com We can not accept returns for these items at this time, but if there are any printing errors or issues a refund will be 100% honored.
Handmade items such as bow ties, collars, bandanas, scrunchies and headbands can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. This means unopened in the sealed packaging. If you ordered the wrong size that is ok, I can exchange it out. You are responsible for shipping. If an item is defective I can exchange at no cost or offer a full refund.
